Our Ridgefield, WA Fiberglass Systems location produces specialty composite fabrications and is seeking motivated motivated team members to join our Global Family for an immediate job opportunity as an Entry Level Laminator/Assembler! This position is currently scheduled Monday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm. 

This position is located in Ridgefield, WA and plays an integral part in creating finished parts through safe and quality fabrication or assembly of component parts in this Specialty Fabrication facility. Learn more about us at our Fiber Glass Systems Webpage

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Operates equipment needed to perform job 

Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition 

Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations 

Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision 

Utilize safe work habits 

Wear appropriate PPE 

Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures. 

Comply with all NOV HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures. 

Comply with all NOV Quality policies, guidelines and procedures. 

Other duties as assigned 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 

​​High School diploma or equivalent 

​Three years of verifiable work history​ 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

​​Ability to work overtime and shift work as required 

​Standing up to 12 hours daily 

​Walking up to 12 hours daily 

​Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily 

​Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily 

​Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularly 

​Travel less than 10%​
